Last updated: May 9, 2026
How to request account deletion (in the app)
- Open the MiGol app on your device and sign in with the account you want removed.
- Go to Settings, then tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your deletion request is processed immediately; you will be signed out.
If you cannot use the app
Email hi@chuventures.com from the same email address registered on your MiGol account. Include that you want your account and associated data deleted. We will respond within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove personal data tied to that account, including:
- Your account identifier and authentication record.
- Profile details you provided (email, username, first and last name where collected).
- Activity tied to you in the app (Quinielas you created or joined, match predictions, top-scorer picks).
- Virtual Quiniela token balances, wallet entries, and token requests associated with you.
Data is hosted on Supabase as described in our Privacy Policy.
What may be kept and retention
Your account and associated personal data are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days of deletion. Anonymised aggregate statistics (for example, total prediction counts that cannot identify you) may be retained indefinitely.
